The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing collagen fabric and collagen fabric manufactured thereby. The method for manufacturing collagen fabric comprises the steps of: continuously passing porous fabric (F) woven from porous fibers (F1) having a plurality of porous grooves (F1a) as the porous fabric is impregnated in a collagen solution (S1); making the collagen penetrate through the porous grooves (F1a) by forcibly passing the collagen solution through the porous fabric (F) in a direction perpendicular to the transfer direction of the porous fabric (F) (S2); making the collagen adhere to the surface of the porous fabric (F) and the porous grooves (F1a) at high temperature by passing the porous fabric (F), which has passed the step (S2), through a furnace (30) (S3); and removing the collagen which does not adhere to the porous fabric (F) by washing, with water, the porous fabric (F) having the collagen adhering thereto (S4); and completing the collagen fabric by drying the porous fabric (F) (S5). |
