The present invention relates to an ITE type hearing aid which is composed of an internal structure including a microphone (10), an amplifier (20) and a receiver (30), and an external structure including a shell (70). The ITE type hearing aid is composed of the shell (70) which is doubly coated with copper (71) and a surfactant (72). Firstly, the absorption of dust or oil stain into the hearing aid is prevented by the surfactant of an external coating layer. Internal moisture which is naturally produced is removed in the hearing aid by itself without another device by transmitting the temperature of an ear to the hearing aid through the copper with high heat conductivity on an internal coating layer.
