The present invention relates to a high efficiency heat radiating adhesive material and a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically, one in which thermal conductivity can be maximized through selective high density and concentration of heat transfer fillers; contact resistance at a heat transfer interface can be minimized accordingly due to improved adhesion characteristics of a polymer resin; and both high thermal conductivity and excellent fluidity can be obtained. For this, the high efficiency heat radiating adhesive material according to the present invention includes a polymer resin and heat transfer fillers.
