PURPOSE: A sintered metal part coating method and a pack cementation-coated sintered metal part are provided to coat a sintered metal part with a coating composition which has a specific composition and with pack cementation of a specific condition. CONSTITUTION: A sintered metal part coating method using pack cementation comprises the following steps. A coating composition is coated on a sintered metal part in a pack cementation method. The coating composition is composed of, in wt%: a chrome (Cr) powder: 5-15; an activator: 0.05-5; and an inert filler: 80-90. The activator is ammonium chloride (NH4Cl). The inert filler is alumina (Al2O3). The coating composition includes the chrome powder and the inert filler which have the weight ratio of 1:8-1:15. The coating composition includes a coating base material and the inert filler which have the weight ratio of 1:8-1:10. |
