The present invention relates to a centrifugal dehydrator which can improve the dehydration effect through sufficient mixing of sludge and a coagulant and the application of a compressing path having an adjustable cross-sectional area. The centrifugal dehydrator comprises: a cylindrical bowl rotating in one direction; and a screw conveyor formed by winding a spiral blade on the outer circumference of rotating copper that rotates in the same direction as the bowl on the same axis as the bowl at a different rotation speed. The rotating copper of the screw conveyor comprises: a linear unit disposed at a top flow part and having an outer circumferential surface that has a uniform diameter; and a tilted unit disposed at a bottom flow part and having an outer circumferential surface that has a diameter enlarging gradually toward an end thereof, wherein the tilting angle of the tilted unit with respect to the central axis of the rotating copper is 31-45°. The centrifugal dehydrator further comprises: a sludge and coagulant supplying pipe having an end part inside the linear unit of the rotating copper and supplying sludge to the inside and a coagulant to the outside; a sludge and coagulant supplying chamber disposed at the end part of the sludge and coagulant supplying pipe to form a space part for primarily mixing the sludge and coagulant; and a sludge and coagulant mixer installed in the sludge and coagulant supplying chamber and having spiral grooves formed in different directions from each other on the inner circumferential surface and outer circumferential surface thereof. |
