<p>PURPOSE: A solar cell module and a manufacturing method thereof, and a solar cell system using the same are provided to omit a process for attaching a junction box to the rear surface of a solar cell module, by forming a connector insertion hole for combining a ribbon wire with a connector. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell(150) includes a rear substrate(110), a front substrate(120), and a bypass diode(160). The rear substrate produces electricity by using sunlight. The rear substrate includes a base substrate, a back electrode, a front electrode, and a ribbon wire. The front substrate delivers the sunlight to the rear substrate.
