The present invention relates to a system for providing a personalized content for a user terminal and a method thereof. In a system for storing a content manufactured in a user interface unit installed in a content providing terminal in an operation computer and then providing the content for a user terminal through a service computer of the present invention, the operation computer includes: a data storage part for storing a content and an information storage code having personalized URL information manufactured and transmitted from the content providing terminal in each folder; and a synchronization processing part for synchronization processing of each folder and the service computer. If the user terminal scans and recognizes the information storage code in a design goods displaying the information storage code stored in the data storage part and then is connected to a personalized URL included in the information storage code, the service computer brings a corresponding content of the personalized URL from the synchronized folder of the operation computer and then provides the corresponding content for the user terminal.
