The present invention relates to an automatic smart faucet device for a washbowl. The automatic smart faucet device automatically controls water supply through a main control unit by sensing the amplitude of a standard voltage changed when a part of a user body is proximate to or touches a faucet in a washbowl of a bath room or a public restroom. The automatic smart faucet device performs emergency water supply through an emergency water supply control unit when power is not smoothly supplied.
