The present invention relates to a retaining wall structure having a planting device, and more particularly, to a retaining wall structure having a planting device which can plant plants (30) in a plurality of front blocks (100) arranged on top of each other on the front face of reinforced soil (20) to thereby prevent destruction of a cut slope or a filling slope. The front block (100) comprises a planting hole (110) perforated for planting the plant (30), insertion protrusions (120) formed on the lower face to be arranged on top of each other, and a protrusion (130) formed at the rear side of the upper face thereof, wherein the protrusion (130) includes an insertion hole (131) formed in the upper side and an inclined part (132) formed on the lower side to be inclined in the upward direction. When the front blocks (100) are arranged on top of each other, the front block layer is inclined in the backward direction from the ground toward the upper part, and the front blocks (100) are seated on the reinforced soil surface by the inclined part (132) of the protrusion (130), such that the retaining wall structure can easily and securely plant plants in the front blocks and securely connect the front blocks and is easy in construction.
