The present invention relates to an inner earphone. The earphone technology of the provided the inner earphone is convenient to use and wear by including: a housing unit of a cylindrical shape which is inserted into the external auditory canal of a user; a wireless communication unit which is included in the housing unit and receives a sound signal which is converted into a digital signal; a sound quality adjusting unit which adjusts at least one of frequency information included in the sound signal; a D/A converter unit which converts the digital signal which is adjusted in the sound quality adjusting unit into an analog signal; an amplification unit which amplifies the analog signal which is converted in the D/A converter unit; and a receiver unit which outputs the analog signal which is amplified in the amplification unit. The present invention is convenient to wear as the inner earphone is inserted into the external auditory canal of a user and is stably maintained in an initial insertion position. The present invention does not need an extra electric wire which connects to the earphone and is convenient to use by a wireless communication method. A customized sound source which is suitable for the hearing characteristics of each user is provided because the setting of sound quality is possible by considering the preferred pitch of each person according to frequency bands.
