The present invention relates to a gate valve using a slope driving method. The gate valve using a slope driving method according to the present invention is a gate valve for opening or closing an opening formed at a chamber, wherein the gate valve comprises: a gate moving along one of a first axis parallel to the plane of the opening or a second axis perpendicular to the plane of the opening in order to open or close the opening by being attached to or detached from the outer wall of the chamber; a driving part feeding a first axis-directional moving force; a wedge part installed at the gate and having a slope on the outer surface thereof; and a direction switching part connected to the driving part and having a slope which is formed on the outer surface thereof and is capable of sliding on the wedge part so that the first axis-directional moving force fed from the driving part switched into a second axis-directional moving force can be fed to the gate. Therefore, the gate valve using a slope driving method is provided, wherein the gate valve can be firmly sealed by an L-type driving method. |
