摘要 A method for welding an aluminum member using friction stir welding technology is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for bonding an aluminum member using friction stir welding technology for bonding a first aluminum member and a second aluminum member each other includes: a step of preparing (a) the first aluminum member and the second aluminum member; a step of preparing (b) a bonding mediation member for bonding the first aluminum member and the second aluminum member each other; a step of inserting the first aluminum member and the second aluminum member into a first insertion groove and a second insertion groove formed in the bonding mediation member to face each other; and a step of bonding the first and second aluminum members each other by applying friction heat to one side surface and the other side surface of the bonding mediation member and using a friction stir welding device. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for welding an aluminum member can stabilize the entire electrical conductivity by generating constant electrical conductivity through the entire area of a bus bar by the first and second aluminum members and the bonding mediation member being made of a material having the identical electrical conductivity to each other and can prevent faulty bus bars when the bus bar is manufactured by preventing the aluminum sheet located in the outer edge from delaminating because the bonding mediation member and the horizontal part cover the end part of the aluminum member in the vertical direction.
