The portable device comprises filter material layers (6) associated with plant (9) such as reed, a removable container or a modular tub in which the filter material layers are placed, a storage device in which the water filtered through the filter material layer is supplied, and a bucket including a fixing unit of a filtration tub (10). The tub is installed in an upper part of the device while a lower part of the device includes filtered water storage device.
