The method involves installing a set of filling guides (2a) in a portion of a vertical plate (1), and introducing food ingredients such as corn, into the set of filling guides by an opening (16) that is provided in the vertical plate. The set of filling guides is shrunk. The vertical plate is provided in the form of a right-angled parallelepiped. The plate is provided with two transverse walls (11, 12), two longitudinal walls (13, 14), and a bottom (15) extending in a horizontal plane. The opening is provided in the top of the plate.
