The tool (1) has a proximal part (11) for gripping of the tool by a user, and a distal part (12) for cleaning of a basin of a toilet. An envelope (3) provided in the tool is arranged with a longitudinal folding line (31) that extends between the proximal part and the distal part. The envelope comprises a closed folding line (41) crossing the longitudinal folding line and delimiting a rigidification zone (42). The closed folding line allows formation of concavity by pressure of the user on the rigidification zone towards the interior of the envelope.
