The method involves verifying, in a low power consumption mode, the presence of a badge (3) by a non-encrypted exchange of identification upon receiving a request for access and in the event of detection of a disturbed environment, before carrying out an encrypted exchange with the badge, so as to start the opening of doors of a car. A frequency threshold for the request for access is defined by a number of pre-established accesses over a sliding time period, where the exchange of information begins with an identification request.
