The arrangement has a heat engine (3) and a radiator (1) located at back and front parts of a vehicle. The radiator is crossed by a portion of cooling fluid from an output (3a) of an internal cooling circuit of the engine. A valve (5) is located in the front part in downstream of the radiator according to flow direction of fluid crossing the radiator. The valve is configured to vary between a closed position in which the valve prevents transfer of the fluid to the engine, and an open position in which the fluid is transferred toward an input (3b) of the cooling circuit through a return duct. An independent claim is also included for a cooling fluid distribution system for use in an arrangement of a car.
