The cartridge has resonant cavities (3-5) whose walls are formed by mirrors. A solid amplifying medium (6) is formed with a hole drilled in its center and on its entire length. The medium possesses characteristics of permanent magnet, where medium is in square bar shape. Filters formed of white diamond (7), red diamond (8), blue diamond (9) and green diamond (10) are located at orifice of the cavity. A light beam is projected into the medium across the hole. Photons of the beam are passed along the hole of the medium so as to be charged in electromagnetism.
