The process for recycling wastes (10) from a polymer material complex comprising a sheet of polymer material and a sealing film, comprises crushing the wastes, mechanically separating the crushed wastes into light particles comprising particles of the sealing film and heavy particles comprising polymer, mechanically separating the light particles to remove the particles of the sealing film of polymer particles, aggregating the polymer particles, and melting, filtering and granulating the melted polymer. The mechanical separation is carried out by cyclonic precipitation. The process for recycling wastes (10) from a polymer material complex comprising a sheet of polymer material and a sealing film, comprises crushing the wastes, mechanically separating the crushed wastes into light particles comprising particles of the sealing film and heavy particles comprising polymer, mechanically separating the light particles to remove the particles of the sealing film of polymer particles, aggregating the polymer particles, and melting, filtering and granulating the melted polymer. The mechanical separation is carried out by cyclonic precipitation in counter current of air and by screening. The grinding step produces particles having size of 1-5 mm. The molten polymer has a particle size of 50 mu m after its final filtration. The melting of the polymer is carried out at a temperature of greater than 200[deg] C, when the polymer is impact polystyrene and crystal polystyrene.
