The propeller has a blade support ring provided with a set of housings, where each housing receives a pivot (52) bearing a foot of respective blades. Each pivot enables pitching of the blade by controlling rotation of the pivot within its housing. Each pivot includes a pair of counterweight systems (90, 91), where each counterweight system includes a pair of inner channels (93, 96) for airflow ventilation discharge (F1, F3) to capture and guide the airflow directly in contact with the blade foot borne by the pivots.
