The formwork (2) has two spoilers (20) that constitute rabbets extended by two supports (21). A set of longitudinal reservations (4) is arranged on each side of the formwork, where the formwork is provided as a casing. The longitudinal reservations are placed on one of the rabbets, where the reservations are provided in an identical manner and are arranged with a sheet. An insulator of vegetable or animal origin is arranged in the formwork, where the formwork is surmounted by a spill-plate (7). An independent claim is also included for a floor.
