摘要 The present invention is configured to enhance the torque of a rotating rotator. A clutch bearing, which rotates through rolling in one direction, is connected to a lever so that two sets alternately move at a slightly rapid speed, and thus continuous rotation is possible with no torque ripple being felt. Also, the present invention is configured to increase the power of output through a significant reduction in speed. This is possible because no slip is present even at 0 degree in a direction in which the clutch bearing is clutched and the clutch bearing rolls and turns like a general bearing in the opposite direction. Also, the present invention can obtain a high deceleration ratio when a position of an output hole of an output ring of a motor is arranged to be close to an axis even when a lever that is small in volume and slightly short in length is used. Also, a strong spring, which has the problem of increased strength but slower speed in the event of a decreased output of the motor, is addressed by reinforcing means in which a protruding portion is present in a decelerated shaft, which compensates speed and strength through the rotation of another shaft by using an inertia ring and a lever at the moment when the spring is released after gradual pulling. In the present invention, a lever portion is formed with two strings of springs having a U shape so that the trisectrix springs can be wound with a large force.
