<p>The basin or swimming pool or aquarium has a lower part made of concrete or resin shell and including a support (1) that is provided with a rabbet (3) for receiving a glass wall (2) embedded in the rabbet. The glass wall penetrates the rabbet to retain water pressure and to ensure sealing of the basin at same time. The glass wall is maintained by rigid embedding of mortar resin that is applied directly to the rabbet. The glass wall is protected by a thin resilient material in order to avoid generation of hard and harmful contact between the glass wall and the mortar resin.</p> |
