The method involves providing and heating a tool mold with an upper surface which forms a contour of an internal lining portion (1), where a powder made from a thermoplastic plastic material is filled in the heated tool mold. A layer of the plastic material is formed on the contour-shaped upper surface with a layer thickness between 0.5 mm and 0.7 mm. Another powder of thermoplastic material is filled on the gelled layer. The layer of a decorative skin is manufactured from polyvinyl chloride. An independent claim is included for an internal lining portion with a foam layer.
