The turbine system has two radial turbines (1,2) which have a rotor rotatable around a vertical axis, where the rotor has one or multiple turbine blades which are aligned parallel to the rotor axis. A V-shaped wind distributor is aligned parallel to the rotor axis. A frictionless braking unit is provided for regulating the turbine speed at different wind speeds, by which the surface of the radial turbine is variable.
