The present invention includes a first open stub which is formed on a microstrip transmission line and is located on one side of the microstrip transmission line in the vertical direction, a second open stub which is separated from the first open stub with a predetermined distance and faces the first open stub, wherein the present invention have coupling properties by separating the first and the second open stub with a predetermined distance and electrically combining each end of the first and the second open stub, and includes a plurality of open stubs which is separated from the first and the second open stub with a predetermined distance.
