The present invention relates to a hot stamping forming device for manufacturing a component partially having a different kind of strength. Disclosed are a partial hot stamping forming device for performing cooling forming and hot stamping at the same time, and a hot stamping forming method using the same. The present invention provides a partial hot stamping forming device which is a forming device divided to a heating area and a non-heating area for receiving and forming a blank which is partially heated comprising: a lower mold having a core part corresponding to an inside form of a final product; an upper mold having a cavity part corresponding to an outside form of the final product; and a draw mold formed as a form corresponding to a non-heating area form in an outside of the lower mold, and descended by pressure applied from the upper mold. |
