FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology for production of preserved semi-products for industrial usage. The method envisages recipe components preparation, carrots and white vegetables cutting and frying in vegetable oil, tomato puree and ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake mixing, produced mixture maintenance for extraction cake swelling. The produced mixture and vegetable are heated, the listed components are packed, sealed and sterilised.EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls. |
