Ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake is poured with drinking water and maintained for swelling; one mixes the extraction cake with the remaining bulb onions, tomato paste, drinking water, sugar, the remaining black hot pepper, allspice, cloves, coriander and laurel leaf. Then one cooks the mixture and adds acetic acid to produce a sauce, packs the cutlets and sauce into the container, seals and sterilises them.EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
