PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage element which can be improved in data reliability.SOLUTION: A storage element includes: a first logic element that reverses the polarity of the potential of an input terminal and outputs the same from an output terminal when a first power voltage is supplied; a second logic element that reverses the polarity of the potential of an input terminal and outputs the same from an output terminal when a second power voltage is supplied in a different path from that of the first power voltage; a first memory circuit that is connected to the input terminal of the first logic element; a second memory circuit that is connected to the input terminal of the second logic element; a first switch that controls the connection between the input terminal of the first logic element and a first wire; and a second switch that controls the connection between the input terminal of the second logic element and a second wire. The output terminal of the second logic element is connected to the input terminal of the first logic element, and the output terminal of the first logic element is connected to the input terminal of the second logic element.
