PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graphite heater of a structure which improves strength of the graphite heater itself and suppresses deformation, without using other members, supporting or reinforcing the graphite heater.SOLUTION: A graphite heater comprises a plurality of resistance heating sections 1 which include grooves 3 longitudinally and are constituted to be adjacent to each other, and a plurality of connecting sections 2 which are constituted integrally with the resistance heating sections 1 and which the resistance heating sections 1 connect alternately to constitute series connection with. Because the resistance value of the resistance heating sections 1 can be made higher, the number of the resistance heating sections 1 can be reduced, to achieve high strength of the graphite heater. |
