PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of preventing deterioration of a component constituting a heat pump, in a heating device utilizing the heat pump for absorbing heat from atmosphere as a heat source.SOLUTION: A heating device includes: a heat pump that absorbs heat from atmosphere to heat a heat medium; a tank that stores the heat medium; a heat storage circulation path that circulates the heat medium between the heat pump and the tank; a heating terminal that radiates the heat medium to perform heating; a heating circulation path that circulates the heat medium between the tank and the heating terminal; condition determination means that determines whether a condition on start/stop of the heat pump is satisfied; and heat storage amount increase means that increases a heat storage amount of the tank when it is determined that the condition on start/stop of the heat pump is satisfied.
