PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a structure in which waterproofness can be secured more favorably by confirming the inside of a through hole by visual inspection so that a hole sealing material is filled into the through hole without excess/shortage; and a method for filling a hole sealing material.SOLUTION: A horizontal hole (14) communicating from a first inlet port formed in an A face of a structure (1) to a second inlet port formed in a side face of a through hole side face (131) is formed, and a hole sealing material (12) is filled so as to close all of passages communicating from the front surface of the structure (1) to the back surface. |
