The direct current machine comprises a stator having an electrical winding comprising several permanent magnets, mounted on a shaft, and a rotating armature which is rigidly connected to the anchor on the shaft. A rotating commutator of a commutation unit is arranged for the rectified current transmission over a fixed pickup, such that non-contact rotation of the commutator within the pole pieces of the pickup is enabled. The stator has a yoke connected via a pair of poles. The stator winding is arranged on the yoke. An independent claim is included for a method for operating a direct current machine. |
