A process for the preparation of hydrosol of aluminium oxide by solving of as-deposited aluminium hydroxide at T=20 °C for 20-30 min., and hydrosol of aluminium oxide is prepared from suspension, the dispersion medium of which is aqueous solution of alkali metal with pH≥13, containing high-temperature form γ-A1O, and the exposure time of dispersed phase makes up 10-30 min. with further separation of colloid solution of nanoparticles. |
