Provided is an organic thin-film solar cell that exhibits superior heat resistance and that has a high photoelectric conversion efficiency. The organic thin-film solar cell of the present invention is provided with: an anode comprising a transparent substrate that has a conductive section at least on the surface thereof; a positive hole extraction layer comprising a conductive polymer layer that is layered on the conductive section of the anode; a photoelectric conversion layer that is layered on the positive hole extraction layer and that comprises a positive hole transporter and an electron transporter; and a cathode that is layered on the photoelectric conversion layer. The conductive polymer layer has a thickness in the range of 1-100 nm and comprises: a polymer that is configured from at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of thiophenes having a substituent group in the 3 position and 4 position; and anions that act as a dopant for the polymer and that are generated from at least one non-sulfonic acid-based organic compound having an anion molecular weight of 200 or more.
