<p>Disclosed is a rail wheel super finishing device for a thrust ball bearing. The rail wheel super finishing device for a thrust ball bearing according to the present invention comprises a spindle actuation part for automatically polishing a ball guiding groove formed on a rail wheel for a thrust ball bearing; a polishing part for polishing the ball guiding groove of the rail wheel seated on the spindle actuation part using a polishing stone vertically installed on a polishing bar; an accepting part for transferring the rail wheel at the lowermost of the accepting part to a transferring position; and a supply part to be seated on the polishing position of a spindle by a seating unit which reciprocates in a space between the transferring position and the polishing position. The rail wheel super finishing device for a thrust ball bearing according to the present invention significantly improves the polishing accuracy of the rail wheel for a thrust ball bearing; improves productivity; and applies various sizes of rail wheels for polishing as a vacuum suction member is replaceable.</p> |
