摘要 The present invention relates to an electronic proportional decompression valve including a tube assembly; and a plunger which is installed to be horizontally moved in an internal space of the tube assembly. The plunger and the body of tube assembly are permanently integrated while a non-magnetic body is interposed between the plunger and the body. A space unit is formed inside the tube assembly so that the horizontal movement of the plunger is possible. The outer circumference of the plunger is smaller than the inner diameter of the tube assembly. At least one thin plate is installed on the outer circumference of the plunger at constant intervals in all directions. An engraved groove for inducing fluid is formed between the thin plates. The non-magnetic body mounted at the tube assembly facing the plunger induces a flow of magnetic fluxes and enables a smooth horizontal movement of the plunger by reducing magnetic resistance with the plunger. The removal of a magnetic force of the plunger is possible as the inner periphery and the plunger are separated by thin plates at a predetermined interval so that the plunger prevents the resistance and the friction caused by the magnetic force. And, as the thin plates are installed on the outer circumference of the plunger in all directions, the present invention reduces the abrasion of the thin plates caused by rubbing with the inner circumference of the plunger; maintains the performance of the valve; and improves the performance and durability of the valve by the smooth movement of the plunger.
