PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endless belt production device capable of producing an endless belt (toothed endless belt 1) at a low cost in which the mold releasing operation of an inner die 14 from an outer die 13 can be efficiently performed, and molding time is reduced, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: Upon the molding of an endless belt 1, an injection molding method is adopted, attention is paid on the fact that the belt molded body 1A of the endless belt 1 is made to remain at the outer die 13 when the inner die 14 is released from the outer die 13, the formation of a narrow path 27 communicating to a space 23 for belt molding is made possible between the outer die 13 and the inner die 14. Regarding the belt molded body 1A of the endless belt 1 molded in the space 23 for belt molding, a recessed part 30 for flange part formation capable of forming a circumferential direction flange part 31 at the belt edge part thereof located in the side of a movable disk 12 can be formed at the outer die 13, and the inner die 14 is releasable from the outer die 13 by the movable disk 12. |
