PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a basic compositing technology providing an antifreeze cold insulation cooling function without freezing even at a freezing point or lower, and to provide an antifreeze cold insulation coolant composition improving physical properties such as keeping temperature at lower than the freezing temperature without freezing.SOLUTION: There are provided an antifreeze cold insulation coolant composition of an antifreeze gel made from polyaluminum chloride and boric acid, an antifreeze cold insulation coolant composition made from polyaluminum chloride and boric acid, an antifreeze cold insulation coolant composition made from polyaluminium chloride and sodium carbonate, and an antifreeze cold insulation coolant composition obtained by combining and gelling polyaluminum chloride, sodium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate. |
