PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-based slurry composition for a cosmetic and personal care supplies.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a water-based slurry composition for cosmetic and personal care supplies, and a method of producing and using the water-based slurry composition for cosmetic and personal care supplies such as foundation, eye shadow, lotion and cream. In one embodiment, a water-based cosmetic slurry composition containing at least one kind or more of pigments and a substrate is provided, where (a) this pigment or the substrate has a surface chemically fixed with at least one kind of surface treatment agent and (b) this pigment is adhered to the substrate where the pigment and the substrate is dispersed in a water medium. |
