PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for nucleic acid detection with improved reliability.SOLUTION: A device for nucleic acid detection includes: a substrate; a reagent part for storing a specimen sample and a reagent; a reaction part which is prepared on the substrate and performs amplification detection of nucleic acid on the specimen sample; a discharge part which is provided between the reagent part and the reaction part and by which a used reagent is discharged; a first channel for connecting the reagent part and the reaction part; and a second channel for connecting the reaction part and the discharge part.
