Provided is a cooking device, which while having a simple configuration is capable of limiting oxidation of food and of processing food while limiting excessive increases in pressure inside the cooking device. A cooking device (1) for processing food inside an evacuated receptacle space (S) using a processing tool (61) for food processing, the processing tool (61) being disposed in the receptacle space (S) and rotated by a motor (9), and the cooking device being provided with a driving device (closing member) (2) and a check valve (23). The driving device (2) opens and closes the receptacle space (S). When the receptacle space (S) that has been closed by the driving device (2) is evacuated, the check valve (23) allows outflow of air from the receptacle space (S) to the outside and stops the reverse flow of air after evacuation. |
