<p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide a simple disposable thermocouple that is easily manufactured and for which integration of a paper tube and a sheath is high. This disposable thermocouple comprises a paper tube (1), a ceramic film (2), a chip (3), a protecting tube (4), a pair of terminals (5), a thermocouple wire (6), and a heat-resisting covering member (7) made by casting. The heat-resisting covering member (7) integrally covers the outer circumferential face of the paper tube (1), the chip (3) fixed to the bottom end thereof, and the upper portion of the protecting tube (4) projecting from the chip (3); moreover, because of the high integrity of the heat-resisting covering member (7) that is formed by casting the whole as a unit, damage to the heat-resisting covering member (7) is minimal and the durability is high.</p> |
