METHOD FOR SURGICAL TREATMENT OF PERFORATIVE OROANTRAL FISTULA

A method for the surgical treatment of perforative oroantral fistula comprises inserting collagen material into the alveolar socket and applying the apposition suture. The collagen material is inserted in a shape of a cone. Double-layer bioresorptive polymeric self-adhesive membrane is administered into the prepared pockets between the bone and mucous-periosteal flap. The apposition suture is applied onto the mucosa of the alveolar process, and double-layer bioresorptive polymeric self-adhesive membrane covers the suture above. The membrane containing 0.05 mg/cmof Gentamicin is applied daily for 7 days.
