A hyper-screw pump that comprises two single-turn screws rotating synchronously in opposite directions, the turns of one of those go to inter-turn space of the other one. The turns of the screws have 1.5 turn. The screws are in tubular body with minimal radial gap between the auger rotors and the stator with ends, between the auger rotors with mutual overlap. The body of the screw has larger thickness nearer to center and is thinner to the end of the turn. The screws are additionally connected with pinions for synchronization of rotation. |
