A method for individualization of prediction of survival of patients with serous ovarian cancer wherein in patients with serous ovarian cancer markers of proliferation Ki-67 and cell adhesion CD44s and the level of cytomorphological malignancy are determined without pre-operational poly-chemotherapy in surgically removed tumor tissue through immune-histochemical investigation, and if the values of both markers above 10% in combination with high degree of cyto-morphological malignancy the prognosis of survival is estimated as unfavorable. |
