The present invention relates to a water-insoluble capecitabine covered with amorphous surfactant and a method for preparing the same. The water-insoluble capecitabine covered with amorphous surfactant according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises 100 parts by weight of capecitabine and 10-200 parts by weight of surfactants having two or more alkyl chains bonded to hydrophilic parts based on the capecitabine. The surfactant is bonded as amorphously surrounding the outside of the capecitabine and is dissolved in water in an emulsion type. The capecitabine to which the surfactant is bonded has 0.5 to 30μm of average diameter, and±200% average range of size.
