The present invention relates to an airtight container for storing food. The purpose of the present invention is to facilitate compression and disassembling work of a compressed plate by facilitating the suction and exhaust of air when compressing or disassembling the compressed plate into or from a storage room in a container, by closing or opening a suction hole or an exhaust hole through a cover supported at a fixed length by a handle formed at the center of the compressed plate. The airtight container for storing food stores food by compressing and sealing food in an internal space thereof in order to shield the inflow of air, and comprises: a container main body where a storage room with an open upper part is formed as an internal space for storing food; a container cover which opens or closes the open upper part of the container main body; a compressed plate which compresses the food stored in the storage room in the container main body by being composed of a handle protruding by being fixated to the upper part of the central unit, and a suction hole and an exhaust hole for sucking and exhausting air during compressing or disassembling by penetrating one side of the compressed plate from top to the bottom; a cap which is formed at one end of a loop piece at a fixed length whose the other end is fixated by the handle on the compressed plate in order to open or closed the suction and exhaust holes; and an airtight packing which is installed on the edge of the compressed plate and adheres to the inner wall of the storage room in the container main body in order to seal the storage room. |
