The present invention relates to a hanging device for a banner to easily hang banners having different lengths and widths. The hanging device for a banner according to the present invention includes a base; a supporting frame having a column erected on the base; an upper supporter coupled to the supporting frame and disposed horizontally to the floor, on which the base is placed, in order to support and unfold the upper end portion of the banner; an upper supporter coupling member coupled to the supporting frame on one end thereof and to the upper supporter on the other end thereof to allow the upper supporter to be coupled movably to the supporting frame and rotated in a direction where wind blows; a lower supporter located under the upper supporter and disposed horizontally to the floor, on which the base is placed, in order to support and unfold the lower end portion of the banner; and a lower supporter coupling member coupled to the supporting frame on one end thereof and to the lower supporter on the other end thereof to allow the lower supporter to be coupled movably to the supporting frame and rotated in a direction where wind blows. |
